I speak a lot of the virtues of just asking, regardless of what it is you are seeking.

I asked Scott MacGregor if he would include me in his incredible anthology, “Standing O”, and he said yes, which led me to meeting today’s incredible podcast guest, Robert Hamilton Owens. Rob has been proving to himself and others that there almost no limits to what you can accomplish, regardless of age, as long as you put your mind to it.“”

This past year, at the age of 65, Rob completed the World Marathon, running 7 marathons on 7 continents on successive days, and hearing his story of just getting through the first day on Antarctica will leave you truly amazed.

But my friends, that only scratches the surface! Rob has been competing in the Ironman Triathlon for years, was a USAF Pararescueman, which is harder to join than the Navy Seals, Army Rangers, Green Berets etc. As he says, “We’re the ones who get sent in to rescue the other special ops servicemen!”

It was challenging to squeeze so much accomplishment into one episode,

along with tons of advice on how to be mentally and physically prepared for all obstacles, but you’ll be able to get so much out of this, give it a listen! Soon you’ll be competing in your own World Marathon Challenge, you’ll see!
